Risk Assessment sheets
The hazards that didn't happen when we were doing the filming were handling toxic materials, using sharp/electrical equipment, personal safety when interviewing and wearing inappropriate which are the things that didn't happen or weren't even in consideration of happening. The hazard that happened was me and Alex had to carry the product which we lifted the product ergonomically. Nothing went wrong when we were filming because there was no hazards.

That I and Alex had to lift up the product so that we could film properly. So I and he had to lift it the proper way and make sure we didn’t injury ourselves.
